What's the shipping cost?

We currently have a limited time free shipping offer in the US on all orders. International shipping costs may vary.

When will I receive my products?

All products are shipped from our fulfillment center within 4-6 business days, and on average, it takes 1-5 business days to deliver your order. If everything goes smoothly, you should receive your order by Friday if you place it on Monday of the same week.

Occasionally, during high-volume periods such as the holiday season, there may be delays due to the increased volume of orders. We value transparency with our customers, so please be patient as we are a small team doing the best we can. Thank you for your understanding.

What's your refund policy?

In case you receive a product that has been damaged during shipment, we will automatically ship a new product to you or issue a full refund. Just send us an email with your Order ID and an image of the damaged product. Please refer to our refund policy in the footer of the page. If you cancel a non-subscription order before it is confirmed for shipment, you will be issued a full refund. For subscription items, please refer to our subscription policy in the footer.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations must occur before the product is confirmed and preparing to be shipped out. The order cannot be cancelled after you get an email with a tracking number. Refer to shipping and refund policy on footer.

Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured under strict quality control standards in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified facilities, ensuring you receive a premium product every time. Currently, all fulfillment is managed by our warehouse in Denver, CO.

Can I track my order?

Once you make a purchase and your order is confirmed, we will send out an order tracking link.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available and the shipping costs will vary depending on the destination country. Please note that we are not responsible for any custom duties or taxes that may occur upon receipt.

What does the subscription give me?

If you subscribe to receive our products monthly, you will receive them promptly and never run out. Plus, you'll enjoy a much better price.

How can I manage my subscription?

The subscription management information will also be emailed to you upon first purchase.

What is your subscription cancellation policy?

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the beginning date of each cycle (e.g. monthly subscription) under the exact same conditions unless you request a cancellation to us. You can also manage your subscription in the confirmation e-mail of the subscription. The refund won't be applicable for the fees you already paid for the current subscription period.
